Hands-On Smiles: Empower Future Dental Professionals

Future Dentists in the Making

We are the NAU Pre-Dental Club, a pre-professional organization dedicated to educating, empowering, and preparing future dental and dental hygiene professionals.

Our mission is to give students real opportunities to explore dentistry through hands-on experiences, networking, and skill-building workshops that go beyond the classroom. We aim to build both technical skills and confidence, helping students take the next step toward their future careers in oral health.Packed house for our dental admissions and hygiene program application meeting.

Bridging Learning and Practice

We’re raising funds to host our Pre-Dental Day Workshop at Flagstaff Modern Dentistry, where students will gain hands-on experience in real clinical settings.

Your support will help cover essential materials and equipment needed to make this workshop possible, including educational models, dental instruments, and protective supplies.

Students will learn key clinical skills like:

  • Temporary crown & bridge fabrication
  • Alginate impressions & model pouring
  • Model trimming & finishing
  • X-ray positioning and alignment
  • Chairside assisting techniques
  • Water control and suctioning

Every contribution helps us create an event that builds confidence, sharpens skills, and prepares students to shine in dental and hygiene programs.Packed house for our dental admissions and hygiene program application meeting.
