The Pre-Physician Assistant (Pre-PA) Club at Northern Arizona University is dedicated to helping students interested in pursuing a career as a Physician Assistant. Our mission is to educate members about the PA profession, foster an inspiring and supportive environment, and provide resources and guidance to help students successfully navigate the competitive PA school application process.
We aim to create engaging events, networking opportunities, and hands-on experiences that prepare future PAs for the challenges and rewards of this fulfilling healthcare career.
Our Medical Mission to Athens, Greece
Next May, we are embarking on a life-changing mission to bring medical care to communities in Athens, Greece where access to healthcare is limited. Many people in Athens struggle to access basic healthcare services. The lack of medical facilities, trained professionals, and resources leaves many with untreated illnesses and preventable conditions. Our mission aims to bridge this gap by providing immediate care and laying the foundation for long-term health improvements in these communities.
Our team of Pre-Physician Assistants is committed to providing essential medical services, including general health check-ups, pop-up clinics, shadowing doctors and learning about the local communities and healthcare practices. To make this mission a reality, we need your support.
