Cultivating Knowledge, Growing Careers

We are the Northern Arizona Range Management Club, the Student Chapter of the Society for Range Management at NAU.

Our mission is to provide students with hands-on educational opportunities in rangeland management, a vital but often overlooked field in traditional coursework.

Many NAU students are passionate about plant ecology, conservation biology, and land stewardship, and this club gives them a space to learn, connect, and grow. We’re building a community of future land managers who care deeply about our landscapes.

Investing in Our Future

We’re raising funds to attend the 2026 Annual Society for Range Management Convention in Monterey, California.

This convention will give our members opportunities to:

  • Learn & grow: Build real-world rangeland skills.
  • Network: Connect with experts and peers.
  • Advance careers: Gain hands-on experience.
  • Bond: Strengthen our club community.

We aim to send up to 10 students to represent NAU, learn from professionals, and bring that knowledge back to campus.

This level will cover one student's membership for the convention and be a member in the National Society for Range Management.
