Creativity on Tap: The NAU Brew Club In Action

Practicing the Art & Science of Brewing

We are the Brew Club! We practice the art and science of brewing among students of NAU to foster a community of individuals interested in brewing, and to provide opportunities for education, experimentation, and enjoyment of craft brewing.

Your Support Makes an Impact

Our Club needs money for equipment and ingredients. Our goal is to be able to make finished products every semester, and experiment with different recipes. Ingredients include honey, grain, hops, yeast, etc.

This semester, we have already made several batches of Flagstaff’s Wild Vintage Cider by picking and pressing apples from our own neighborhoods. We have also made different batches of mead, including one recipe that has Mountain Dew Baja Blast as its main ingredient! We will also be making different styles of beer.

All donations made to us will result in a tangible, finished product. Is there a recipe you have imagined? We can make it a reality!

Thank you so much for your help! Your donation will go on to fund the projects of NAU students who want to master the craft. Cheers!
