We are the NAU Brew Club! This year we decided to reinstate this club that had declined due to challenges connecting with students during the pandemic. As we emerged from the challenges of the past few years, we recognized a powerful opportunity: to create a space where students can unleash their creativity and apply their brewing knowledge beyond the classroom, exploring a diverse array of fermented foods and beverages. Moreover, we wanted to promote the art and science of brewing among students of NAU and foster a community of individuals interested in brewing.

This donation will allow one student to afford a jar in which they will make their Kombucha starter. This will then allow the member to have the ability to make many different kinds of Kombucha throughout their time in and out of the club.
This donation will allow one student to get ingredients to make brewed/fermented drinks or food.
This donation will help the Brew Club to build/create promotional events to draw in a larger community of individuals interested in brewing and fermentation science.
This donation will be used to allow the entire club to afford resources that will benefit all members equally. These resources may include: swing top bottles that are used in bottling drinks made; buckets used in the brewing and fermentation process; airlocks; funnels; etc.
