Who We Are
Hello there! We are a dedicated group of undergraduate researchers from Northern Arizona University seeking your support to attend the Rocky Mountain Psychological Association's annual convention in Denver, Colorado.
Our research focuses on a very important issue: how sexual harassment and Social Anxiety Disorder symptoms may be mediated by self-compassion and self-efficacy. Sexual harassment remains a pervasive problem in schools and workplaces. Our study focuses the relationship between sexual harassment and social anxiety disorder, exploring whether self-compassion and self-efficacy can mitigate these effects. Additionally, we aim to understand how these dynamics might differ between men and women.
