Who We Are
Hello and thank you for visiting our page! We are graduate students from Northern Arizona University's ENV 675 class (Topics in Environmental Discourse - Mitigation), and we are deeply passionate about climate science and environmental sustainability. We are pursuing careers that make an impact, and we take part in projects that help create positive change.
One such project is our recent collaboration with NAU’s Department of Forestry. In September, we worked together to plant 280 ponderosa pines in the 1950 A1 Fire scar. This effort was aimed at restoring ecosystems impacted by wildfires. Seven teams (GPS, soil, weather station, drone, literature review, site summary, and marketing and fundraising teams) collaborated on the planting and final project write-up.
