NAU Campus Recreation is a vibrant, diverse, and inclusive department that empowers individuals to embrace a lifestyle of physical, emotional, and social wellness. Current NAU students, staff, and faculty can participate in personal training, group fitness classes, intramural sports, and outdoor adventure trips.

Student-centered programs support healthy lifestyles for Jacks. Over 80% of Campus Recreation users indicate their participation in Campus Recreation programs has helped them establish rewarding relationships with peers. Within our programs are many opportunities for students to meet other students and improve their mental and physical well-being.
With YOUR support we can off-set registration costs for participants, upgrade and maintain fitness equipment, and support student staff development through certifications and trainings.
