Your gift supports student and community engagement at NAU
Black Excellence within the NAU community
The Black Student Union at Northern Arizona University is open to all students to better connect with and understand the Black community at NAU. BSU meetings allow NAU students to share in meaningful discussions, attend fun game nights, and participate in other events that cultivate the celebration of Black culture.
Black History Month at NAU
Each week in February, in recognition of Black History Month, BSU is hosting campus-wide events and activities that focus on understanding intersectionality with the Black community, racial identity, and the celebration of Black excellence and culture. We will close out Black History Month with our annual black-tie gala, Black Renaissance. This year's theme is Shades of Excellence, highlighting the importance of the identity of Blackness.
BSU asks you to consider supporting our outreach efforts to organize, educate, and engage NAU students, staff, and faculty with these events and activities. Your gift today supports student engagement, not just this month, but all donations will continue to fund future events, activities, and discussions aimed at building cultural awareness and community at NAU.
