Our Crowdfunding Groups
For over ninety years, the Lumberjack Marching Band has represented the pride, spirit, and traditions of Northern Arizona University. As musical ambassadors for NAU, the band serves students, alumni, and the community through exciting and dynamic performances. YOUR donation will support the band's growing operation costs and elevate the marching band experience for our members and fans. This year, we are seeking donations toward the purchase of additional uniforms, as size of the ensemble has increased by over 40 members!

As the band and our reputation continue to grow, so do the costs to run this prestigious program. The Lumberjack Marching Band is committed to ensuring that playing with the band is accessible to anyone who qualifies to join. The band is composed entirely of students majoring in a variety of areas such as engineering, music education, biology, communication, and more. Our members come from diverse backgrounds and include first-generation and transfer students.
Over 180 students perform in the band. Expenses for band members include uniforms, such as gloves and hats, equipment, such as flags and new instruments, and meals during long game days. Your support ensures the Lumberjack Marching Band remains accessible for all members and helps keep the NAU spirit strong!

Each member of the Lumberjack Marching Band (LMB) purchases two pairs of gloves each year to complete their uniform. A gift of $10 will cover this expense for one band member.
A gift of $20 will provide one member with a ball cap that the LMB wears in the stands.
The LMB needs new flags and your donation will help us purchase custom NAU flags for the 2022 season!
Your donation of $75 will help cover the extra costs of hosting band camp before the semester starts. As a way of thanking you, we will send you a customized video thanks from the LMB!
Game days are long days for the LMB and your gift of $100 will provide a meal for the band before they take the field. As a way of thanking you, we will send you a customized video of the LMB performing your favorite band tune!
The LMB is in need of new instruments each year. Your donation of $250 will go towards the purchase of new percussion and brass instruments for future members of the LMB. As a way of thanking you, we will send you a customized video of the LMB performing your favorite band tune, and we will play for you during a future NAU Football tailgate!
A $500 donation to the LMB helps us offer scholarships to future members! As a thank you, you will have the chance to conduct the band during a future NAU Football or NAU Basketball game and you will receive a signed picture of the band!
A $1,000 donation to the LMB will help us offer scholarships to future members of the LMB! As a thank you, we will send you a custom photo of your name spelled out by the LMB!
