The Northern Arizona University Cycling Club is the largest collegiate cycling organization in the state of Arizona. Reaching over 70 active students, the club also maintains a smaller 20 person cycling team dedicated to traveling to racing events. We compete in many disciplines including Dual Slalom, Cross Country, short track, road, and downhill spanning everything from small local races to National USA Cycling competitions.

Last Year's Season
After a two year hiatus of Collegiate racing we went to Durango, Colorado to race in the Collegiate Nationals. Getting riders to qualify and attend the collegiate nationals event was no easy feat considering the difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Through a massive effort of testing, masking, and training we were able to qualify racers and secured 7th place overall in the country. While many clubs suffered through the pandemic, we were able to grow in numbers and set up the club for a very exciting 2022 season.
Start of the 2021 Collegiate National Championships
Last year when traveling to Durango, Colorado to compete in Nationals, we exceeded our annual budget with half of the team. In order to bring a complete team to the competition in 2022 we launched this Jacksfunder campaign. Your donation will support that goal.
Training in Sedona

Choose a giving level
In cycling, a Soigneur is a person who gives nutrition, massage, and other assistance to a team, especially during a race. A gift of $22 (for the 2022 cycling season) will cover meals for one rider during a race.
A $50 gift will ensure your name will be placed on our Supporters banner. Banners are hung at all races and events throughout the season. At the end of the season, you will receive your part of the banner along with a hand written note from one of the riders thanking you for your support.
There are few professional bike mechanic, yet they make massive contributions to the sport. Through this contribution you are making a massive contribution. Those who donate this amount will receive a signed NAU Cycling T-Shirt thanking you of your support.
