LGBTQIA+ Initiatives

The NAU Office of Inclusion strives to celebrate, recognize, and support our LGBTQIA+ students through programming, events, community engagement, direct student services, and emergency assistance. 

• The LGBTQIA+ Success Fund supports basic personal, medical, and academic needs, such as emergency housing assistance, travel funds, food, medical services, counseling services, books, and academic supplies. This fund also provides opportunities and resources that contribute to student success, such as programs, events, internships, study abroad, convocations, and more! 
  
  
• The LGBTQIA Commission empowers promising lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual students to achieve their full academic and leadership potential while affirming their identity.
