Empowering the Next Generation of Researchers

We are the NAU Chapter of the Rocky Mountain Psychological Association (RMPA), an organization that has advanced psychology as a science and profession since 1930.

Every year, RMPA hosts a major conference where students and professionals share research, exchange ideas, and build the future of the field. This year’s conference will be held in Boise, Idaho (March 28–30).

Our NAU research groups are investigating trends in healthcare, under the mentorship of Dr. Jeff Stone. We’re eager to present our findings, represent NAU, and engage in critical conversations that shape tomorrow’s psychology.

Limiting Barriers to Opportunity

Our goal is to raise $5,000 to cover the cost of:

• Lodging & travel to Boise for our student presenters
• Presentation supplies & registration fees
• Research access for every participating student
  

This support ensures that financial barriers won’t limit opportunity. Presenting at RMPA isn’t just a trip, it’s an essential stepping stone for undergraduate researchers to gain experience, build confidence, and prepare for graduate-level study.
